The key to bridging the gap is an understanding of where the body has been and what needs to be done to meet your physical goals. Post Rehab provides individuals with a seamless transition between physical rehabilitation therapy, and a highly independent functional lifestyle.

At Body Form Fitness we offer 30 to 60 minute post rehabilitation sessions, 1 to 3 times weekly. Frequency of sessions depends on the clients conditioning program.
