Flexibility Training The Branch That Bends Does Not Break...

Many injuries can be directly related to unpredictable movements that cause our bodies to be placed in a non-standard position, such as when mistakenly twisting a leg or arm. If the body is flexible, it can stretch to temporarily accommodate this new position and withstand the shock until it recovers back to it's original position.

At Body Form Fitness, we provide a flexibility training program to help the body become more pliable and therefore, more resilient to unexpected twists and turns. Our flexibility sessions are offered 2 or 3 times weekly, in 30 or 60 minute sessions.

Our unique program utilizes yoga techniques combined with passive and active stretching, while focusing on proper breathing techniques. The one-on-one advantage allows the trainer to ensure the client maintains proper posture throughout, reducing the risk of injury.

Our Flexibility Training program is offered on it's own, but is more effective when combined a light weight-training program. The combination of flexible yet durable muscle/ligament tissue provides the best possible balance for overall health. Our sessions will teach you to handle your own body weight in all plains of movement, through all ranges of motion.
