Located near the Scarborough Town Centre in Scarborough Ontario, we provide training and conditioning services, in 30 or 60 minute sessions, once, twice or three times weekly. All our services are customized to each individual client and based on unique, personal goals. All sessions are conducted in our private studio, one-on-one with your personal trainer. We utilize only top grade equipment such as Nautilus 2ST.
Our staff have been trained to work in conjunction with your health professionals (doctors, chiropractors, etc) to ensure that your custom training program is designed to work in conjunction with the treatment received from other professionals - maximizing the benefits in the quickest possible time.
